- Membership to the Online Illustration Club (the "Club") grants access to a weekly live illustration session. The day on which the live session is broadcasted can be subject to change at any time at discretion of the artist and tutor Alen Clo.
- The membership fee is 40£ per month payable on a rolling monthly basis.
- The membership can be cancelled at any time without any additional charges.
- If a member chooses to cancel their membership and later decides to rejoin, they will be charged the current membership fee at the time of re-enrollment.
- There is no refund policy for membership fees.
- All illustrations created during the weekly sessions are the sole property of the individual who created them.
- The Club does not claim ownership of any illustrations created by members during the sessions.
- Members retain the copyright to their illustrations and have the right to use and distribute them as they see fit.
- However, by participating in the weekly sessions, members grant the Club the non-exclusive, perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free right to use, reproduce, display, distribute, and create derivative works of the illustrations for the purposes of promotion and display on the Club's website and social media channels.
- Members agree to not submit or post any illustrations that infringe any third party's copyright, trademark, or other proprietary rights like for example the images shared by Alen Clo as reference to work on at each live session.
- By joining the Club, members agree to these terms and conditions.
- The terms and conditions of the Club are subject to change at any time at the sole discretion of the membership owner and tutor Alen Clo.
